RSPB - Peatland restoration on Y Migneint using low ground pressure excavators with wide tracks (600mm min). Works are on a remote upland site. Works include ditch, gully and peat pipe blocking, and hag reprofiling.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=156124.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. Only tenders submitted in accordance with the RSPB's Terms and Conditions will be considered. Any tenders that are incomplete, or received after the time indicated, may be disregarded.A site meeting with RSPB staff is required as part of the tendering process which all contractors wishing to tender are invited to attend. This will be held on 9am Wednesday 1st October 2025. The day will consist of a site visit to where the work will be undertaken - this will consist of several km's walking over very uneven ground. You must email matthew.brown@rspb.org.uk by 12pm Tuesday 30th September to arrange attendance, location details will be sent on once you have booked on.(WA Ref:156124)
