Tylorstown Welfare Hall in the Rhondda is inviting proposals from experienced evaluators - individuals, teams, or organisations - to lead a flexible, people-centred evaluation of a major National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) project to restore this much-loved community building and open it up for wider community use.The appointed evaluator will assess the impact across a range of project activities and audiences. The project's key aims are to:Conserve and celebrate a much-loved heritage assetProvide a place for entertainment and cultureEngage the community and reduce social isolationIncrease opportunities for community educationWe are seeking someone with experience in participatory and qualitative evaluation methods, particularly the use of learning panels and the Most Significant Change storytelling approach (or a similar methodology) to assess the project's softer outcomes and community impact.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=157807.
