Works to be quoted:Front facing roof are above main entrance, right hand side (West Elevation) of town hall and joining triangle.Approx. 600m2* Erect independent scaffolding to the perimeter ofthe roof area.All works to comply with National Resources Wales licence for protected species.* Strip existing slates/Tiles/ridge tile, lead/ roofcovering and dispose of.* Strip existing battens and dispose of.* slate/ tiles to be fixed with copper or aluminiumnails, depending on what's agreed.* Supply and install new high quality breathablemembrane.* Supply 50mmx25mm treated timber (slatingbatten)* Supply and install new eaves trays* Supply and install new high-quality slate (t1).* Replace existing lead valleys with new* Renew lead to building abutments or verges* Supply and install new ridge mechanically fixed withnew dry ridge systems* Remove any debris from the siteNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=158644.
