Notice Description
The Sandiefield New Build Development (Houses and Office) consists of two distinct elements which will be the subject of separate contracts (administered by different Architects). Contract 1 will be for the construction of 24 tenement flats constructed over two common stairs, rising to 6 storeys. The buildings will be of masonry construction with a steel frame and will incorporate a lift. Foundations will include piling. Other works will include internal partitions, decoration, mechanical and electrical installations, plumbing and gas installation, telecoms/ CCTV installation, and associated external works. The total floor area is approximately 2000m2 Contract 2 will be for the construction of a predominantly 2 storey office along with 5 adjoining tenement flats which rise to 4 storeys.
