Lot Information

eRDM Training

The electronic document and records management system currently used across SG is an application called Objective which is produced by Objective Corporation http://www.objective.com/. This application is known internally as eRDM. The contract with Objective Corporation is currently under review and during the period covered by the framework an alternative solution may be implemented.

IT Specialist Training

The SG desktop, server and software platform is collectively known as SCOTS and is principally, but not exclusively Microsoft based. The current desktop is Microsoft Windows 7 Pro with Microsoft Office 2010 and Internet Explorer (v11) as the web browser. The server platform include Windows Server; SQL Server; Oracle; Solaris SG IT Teams have developed a range of business tools used by staff, most of which have web front ends connecting to a range of back end databases.
