This is a Contract Award Notice indicating the outcome of the competitive call-off process. The original contract notice read as follows: "This is a call-off from the Scottish Enterprise Business Infrastructure Lead Consultant Framework (P14-0026).SE is supporting delivery of the Low Carbon Infrastructure Transition Programme (LCITP). The LCITP is a working partnership between Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands & Islands Enterprise, Scottish Futures Trust and sector specialists. The programme focuses on supporting the acceleration of projects to develop investment grade business cases allowing them to secure existing streams of public and private capital finance.Further details can be found within the ITQ."
