The work comprise the routine cleaning of gutters and associated minor roofing repair works for a five year period. Additional properties may also be incorporated into the Contract at the Association's discretion. Also, through 'Right to Buy' Legislation, some properties may be omitted from the contract. The minor repair works will be instructed at the Client's discretion and no guarantees are given by the client organisations as to the extent of work that may be instructed. The Client also reserves the right to instruct others to carry out any such reactive roofing repair works. The Contractor will be required to provide the Association with a written record of when works are completed to all properties. This record shall be accompanied with 'before and after' photographs of the gutters at each address and shall be taken, and submitted by, the Contractor along with each monthly application for payment.

The five highest scoring bidders will be selected to go forward to have their Invitation to Tender Document scored. ITT Scoring The award criteria questions and weightings are published in the ITT. Award criteria scoring is as set out in the ITT documentation. This is scored out of 10 the lowest, mid and highest score categories are: 0 Fail. Either no answer is given or the Tenderer's proposals in that area completely fail to meet the Employer's requirements in the area being measured or do not answer the question raised. 5 Satisfactory. Meets the Employer's requirements in the area being measured in the majority of aspects but fails in some fundamental aspects so that there will be only satisfactory arrangements for the Works. 10 Excellent. Meets all the Employer's requirements in the area being measured in accordance with the Contract Documents so that the Works will be delivered in an excellent way that will be highly responsive to the needs of Tenants, the Employer and other stakeholders.
