Notice Description
This is an Award Notice indicating the outcome of the framework call-off process. The original contract notice read as follows: "Bidders should submit their quotation through the secure postbox on Public Contracts Scotland no later than the stated deadline. It is the responsibility of bidders to ensure submissions are received before the deadline.SE will be the Employer for the commission and seeks a Consultant from the Business Infrastructure Lead Consultancy Framework (BILCF).The existing Building NINE shell and core (completed Sept 2011) was speculatively fitted out with labs and offices as a incubator on the ground floor (completed April 2012). This has attracted a great deal of interest in the Life Science community the upper two floors have been a range of bespoke fit outs for more commercial companies. With growing demand, the building is nearing full occupation the requirement is the provision further accommodation. Scottish Enterprise requires to create temporary accommodation on Plot 10 to act in effect as a staging post until the next commercial building (MOB2) is available.Full details can be found within the call-off Invitation to Quote (ITQ) documents."
