Notice Description
The Works comprise the re-modelling of existing three store office accommodation to revert back to form original domestic flats comprising six flats (two or three bedroom) with common access hall, stair and associated external works. New kitchen, bathrooms and central heating system to be installed with full electrical upgrade per flat. Downtakings and alterations include:- - Removal of asbestos containing materials - Replacement of internal and external doors - Complete the design and installation of all services - Builders works in connection with all services - Kitchen layouts to suit flats proposed - New sanitary fittings - New floor, wall and ceiling finishes including decoration to flats and common areas - New roof coverings and rainwater goods - General external repairs and external works
