SRUC seek to appoint a service provider to deliver legal and associated services to SRUC which will include, but not restricted to the points noted below. SRUC welcomes innovative suggestions from suppliers to meet its requirements. 1.1 General Legal Advice: Including Commercial, Employment, Representation, Dispute Resolution, Updates on changes in law, legal developments and the potential impact of case law and associated judgements 1.2 Specialist Legal Advice: Including Commercialisation of Research,International growth, Intellectual Property, Data Protection, Public Sector, Charity 1.3 Property: Including Domestic and International, Purchase, Disposal, Rental, Development and Construction 1.4 Debt Recovery: Including Issuing of Legal Letters, Formal debt recovery action, including Court Action
Renewal: The contract will commence on 1 April 2017 for a period of five years and shall terminate on 31 March 2022, with the possibility of two annual extensions by mutual agreement, unless the contract is terminated earlier, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 18 of SRUC's Terms and Conditions of Contract.
