To appoint a consultant to assess the technical, economic and environmental feasibility of district heating networks on a call-off basis. Scopes for individual projects will be determined by Zero Waste Scotland, with specific requirements outlined in a Work Brief. The range of potential requirements for this contract are covered in the procurement documents.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
