The Trustees of the Scottish Enterprise Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (the Scheme) are tendering for the provision of Actuarial, Administration and Benefits services for the period of 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2020 with the option to extend for a further one year to 31st March 2021. The Trustees of the Scheme are considering the services of Investment Consulting and Advice services under a separate tender. Interested parties may tender for either or both of the contracts, however an individual submissions is required for each. This tender specifically covers the following services: 1. Pensions and benefits consultancy 2. Actuarial valuations and actuarial advice 3. Pensions Scheme Administration, Cash Management and Accounting 4. Scheme Communications 5. Scheme Secretary and governance support This contract will not be divided into Lots as this would make the execution of the contract excessively technically difficult.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
