This SPA framework is for the specialist design, manufacture, supply and installation of enhanced security communal entrance doorsets manufactured in mild steel operated by a compatible door entry/electronic access control system c/w a cyclical service and responsive maintenance package. The performance and enhanced security accreditation specification requirements are as follows: - Accredited Third party certification to PAS 24 - Certification to STS 202 Burglary Rating 2 (minimum) or LPS 1175 Security Rating 2 (minimum) - CE Marking of product - Secured by Design accreditation This framework will be operated under a single workstream designated by the door leaf construction, namely - mild steel

Options: The arrangement will be based on a 4 year term with a break clause for review after second and third years of the agreement.
