To provide insurance premium cover and associated services to all NHS Scotland vehicles regardless of ownership (only board who do not utilise are SAS; under UK Ambulance Agreement as blue light). Insurance is defined under a single national Motor Insurance policy e.g. as with personal motor insurance.

Renewal: Option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
