Notice Description
The work comprises the repair of 2nr sets of automatic entrance door actuators, downtaking of existing reception desk, sanitary appliances internal doors, partition walls and block work walls. Creation of new DDA accessible shower room and toilet, new staffroom and cleaners room with works including the design and installation of new drainage, hot and cold water supply, electrical works, lighting, fire alarms, intruder alarms and ventilation, all to be connected to existing systems. New Internal stud walling radiators, internal doors, fitted furniture, sanitary appliances, floor wall and ceiling finishes and replacement of all stair nosings.
