Lot Information

Management, Development, Selling & Maintenance of Core advertising estate (Subway and Bus Stations )

Prime objective will be to maximise revenues from the core advertising estate (Subway and Bus Stations ) highlighting, developing and exploiting new revenue streams and generating new opportunities within these areas as well as examining all other modes non core eg. ticketing,vinyl wrapping etc. etc... SPT will require space for its own advertising and this will have to be factored into tender submissions.

Options: Supply of digital screens supply of Poster cases

Renewal: SPT will have an option of extending duration for a for a further 5 years

Large Format Advertising: Supply, Install, Management, Development, Selling & Maintenance of SPT Advertising Space and Infrastructure

The contracting authority has identified an initial two sites capable of displaying large format advertising and can potentially offer an indicative pipeline of eight or more future sites to be brought forward during the duration of the awarded contract. The maximum duration of the contract for lot 2 option 1 will be 5 years with an option to extend fo ra furhter 5 years. The maximum duration of the contract for Lot 2 option 2 will be determined on the basis of the time that the successful contractor / tenderer could reasonably be expected to install and recoup on the investment made in operating the contract together with a return on investment to SPT taking account of the initial two sites and future opportunities.. 1) This is a new opportunity to install and develop further advertising infrastructure. 2) No Duration set. The contract being determined on the basis of the time that the successful tenderer could reasonably be expected to install and recoup the investment made in operating the contract together with the return on investment to SPT.

Options: 1) Option 1 All infrastructure capital investment will be the responsibility of SPT. Ownership of all infrastructure and fittings will be retained by SPT. 2) OPtion 2 All infrastructure capital investment will be the responsibility of Contractor. Ownership of all infrastructure and fitting will be retained by the successful contractor for the duration of the contract. Ownership will then pass to SPT.

Renewal: Contract duration estimated as 5 years with options for longer duration, however tenderers can advise within their tender submission.
