Provision of Fixed Line Voice Services to NHS Scotland. The award is planned to be a framework agreement with a single supplier to provide the said Fixed Line Voice Services. The detailed information, service requirements and specifications will be available in the tender documentation.. The framework agreement is planned to be awarded for a 4 year duration and will include a formal call off contract which individual Health Boards will complete. These call off contracts shall be for a period of 3 years plus 3 x 12 month optional extension periods and it is this duration including extensions which the contract value reflects.
