Lot 1

For the provision of Fixed Line Voice Services to NHS Scotland. Framework agreement entered into with a single supplier for such supplier to provide the said Fixed Line Voice Services.. The framework agreement has been awarded for a 4 year duration and will include a formal call off contract which individual Health Boards will complete. These call off contracts shall be for a period of 3 years plus 3 x 12 month optional extension periods and it is this duration including extensions which the contract value reflects.
