                "description": "NHS GGC has previously commissioned work in this area, and a service has been developed over the past 8 years, it is therefore expected that the successful agency (or agencies) will build on this body of work and knowledge to improve and expand the reach, effectiveness and appropriateness of primary, secondary and tertiary interventions and further enhance our understanding of the target communities. It is expected that flexible, culturally appropriate and evidence-based approaches will be utilised and that the successful supplier(s) will demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of the communities in question as well as the ability to be sensitive and responsive to changing priorities and need.
