Notice Description

This is a Contract Award Notice. This contract has now been awarded. Please do not respond to this notice. This work is being commissioned on behalf of Scottish Enterprise and Highlands & Islands Enterprise to support the Energy Systems and Renewables sectors to meet its ambitious growth targets especially in international trade. Scottish Enterprise (SE) is leading this project, working closely with Highlands & Islands Enterprise and Scottish Development International. SE/HIE wishes to set up an agreement which will be for three years initially with an option to extend for one further year. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in April 2017.

SE/HIE is seeking an operator that can offer the range of skills required to effectively provide the following key activities: Clustering Supply Chain Development Brokerage. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
