            "performanceTerms": "Tenderers must be able to provide a Contract Manager, who will be the primary point of contact between the Tenderer and the Council. The Contract Manager must be the day to day contact for the council who is expected to manage event stewarding and input into the events planning process. Aberdeen City Council also reserve the right to inspect work carried out prior to, during and after events and sign off fit for use at their events. The Council will review the performance of the Services after each event to ensure that they continue to meet the requirements of the Council. The council will agree with the successful supplier a number of performance targets/KPIs which cover all aspects of the service. These performance targets/KPIs will be reviewed over the course of the contract. The successful supplier will be required to provide relevant reports on a schedule to be agreed."
