The question responses will be used to establish the technical and professional ability of the Bidders. It is therefore important that Bidders address each of the questions in detail: 4C.A - Not Used 4C.1.1 - Not Used 4C.1.2 - Bidders will be required to provide up to 3 examples that demonstrate that they the relevant experience to deliver the services as described in part II.2.4 of the contract notice. 4C.2 to 4C12.2 - Not Used 4D. Health and Safety Procedures - Documented procedures for recording accidents/incidents and undertaking the follow-up action. This will include records of accident rates and frequency for all RIDDOR reportable events for at least the last 3 years. Documented arrangements for carrying out risk assessments capable of supporting safe methods of work and reliable contract delivery where necessary. The identification and control of any significant occupational health issues must be prominent.
