Maryhill Housing Association wishes to engage a suitable contractor to carry out Cleaning of Common Closes, Stairwells and Bin Store Areas throughout its housing stock. Scope of Works include: - Weekly cleaning of full Common Close Stairwells/ Entrances including close entrance doors and common area windows - Weekly cleaning of Bin Store Areas - Monthly deep cleaning of Common Close Stairwells/ Entrances - Weekly cleaning of Common Deck Access Walkways and Ramps - Weekly Bin Porter Service - Six Monthly Cleaning of Bins - Weekly Bulk Removal Service - Ad Hoc Cleaning Works including removal of graffiti
