ARK Housing Association Ltd has been successful in obtaining a grant award from the Improvement Fund in relation to delivery of a project entitled 'Preventing people with complex care needs staying in hospital'. Tenders are invited in relation to the provision of consultancy services associated with the delivery of that project.Delivery of the project will begin upon appointment, and will run until 27 May 2018.The consultancy services, will relate to delivery of the activities and actions identified in the Improvement Fund Application Form, and Project Plan attached.
