Notice Description
Govanhill Housing Association wishes to undertake repair works to approximately 70 backcourts within its area of operation. The works primarily consist of the demolition of existing refuse binstore structures which are no longer fit for purpose, reinstatement of bin areas to match existing hardstanding/paths, erection of timber screen fences, consequent repairs to mutual walls and fences, replacement/make good existing paths/slabs, removal of extraneous trees/vegetation and general tidy/clean. Tenderers should note that some of the existing bin stores contain asbestos.
