Notice Description

To deliver flexibility and choice in terms of the Children and Young People Act 2014, West Lothian Council wishes to purchase early learning and childcare places from external providers to supplement in house provision in those areas where council provision cannot meet demand. Each child will have up to 600 hours of early learning and childcare.

Early Learning & Childcare - West Lothian - North

To deliver flexibility and choice in terms of the Children and Young People Act 2014, West Lothian Council wishes to purchase early learning and childcare places from external providers to supplement in house provision in those areas where council provision cannot meet demand. Each child will have up to 600 hours of early learning and childcare.

Renewal: The Authority will be able to extend the contract for a maximum of two periods of up to 12 months on each occasion.

Early Learning and Childcare - West Lothian Council - East

To deliver flexibility and choice in terms of the Children and Young People Act 2014, West Lothian Council wishes to purchase early learning and childcare places from external providers to supplement in house provision in those areas where council provision cannot meet demand. Each child will have up to 600 hours of early learning and childcare. The Main site or place of performance will be Addiewell & Loganlea, Bellsquarry and Adambrae, Breich, Carmondean, Craigshill, Deans, Dedridge, East Calder & District , Eliburn, Howden, Kirknewton, Knightsridge, Ladywell, Livingston Village, Mid Calder, Murieston, Polbeth and West Calder and Harburn)
