Notice Description
Perth & Kinross Council (PKC) are seeking to appoint a property sales agent to assist in the promotion and marketing of the new Perth Food & Drink Park at North Muirton in Perth. The objective is to secure disposal of development plots to private sector businesses and investors operating in the Food and Drink sector. This contract will run from 5th June 2017 until 31 March 2019 (with the option to extend for 24 months until 31st March 2021 at PKC's sole discretion).
