This framework agreement is for the supply of Methotrexate Pre Filled Syringes (PFS) & Pens to NHS Scotland. The Goods have been split into three (3) categories, each of which are identified as a "Lot". Full details of each Lot are contained in section II.2 of this notice.

Lot Information

Methotrexate (50 mg per 1 ml concentration ) pre-filled self injection device

This framework agreement is for the supply of Methotrexate (50 mg per 1 ml concentration ) pre-filled self injection device to NHS Scotland. This will require supply of the medicines direct to hospitals and nominated home delivery supplier(s) as directed by the Authority. The Authority intends awarding a multi-supplier unranked framework agreement for the Lot and it is envisaged a maximum of three (3) Framework Participants will be awarded. Full details can be found within the ITT.

Renewal: Option to extend by a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.

This framework agreement is for the supply of Methotrexate (25 mg per 1 ml concentration ) pre-filled self injection device to NHS Scotland. This will require supply of the medicines direct to hospitals and nominated home delivery supplier(s) as directed by the Authority.
