Notice Description
Skills Development Scotland is inviting bids from appropriate specialist commercial diver training organisations to facilitate access to high quality, industry accredited training and associated certification. The aim is to increase availability of training courses to support oil & gas individuals affected by the downturn who wish to enter and gain employment in related and alternative sectors, and to support individuals to access skills & practical experience to reduce the risks of future skills shortages in the subsea and diving sector. The output of the Fund following completion of the training will be to have a clear focus on delivering employment opportunities for participants.
