North Ayrshire Council has an on-going requirement for the Installation & Maintenance of Network Cabling & Related Service (including works to small PBX phone systems) across the full estate of Council properties (office accommodation, schools, libraries, training facilities, community centres, etc.) including the Islands of Arran & Cumbrae. The anticipated start date is 1st August 2026 with an end date of 31st July 2030.

NAC is seeking to appoint a suitable technically competent contractor to meet this requirement. The Services provided by the successful bidder will typically include (but not be limited to): - Installation and termination of Category 6a structured cabling (including any dado or mini trunking that may also be required) - Installation and termination of Optical fibre cabling - Supply and installation of comms/data cabinets and associated power (PDUs) - Supply / maintenance / decommissioning of small SiP enabled PBX telephone systems - Additions, moves, changes to small phone systems - Undertake site surveys for cabling / telephony requirements - Installation of Wireless Access Points (APs)
