"description": "The chosen Design Team will be required to take on our outline vision for the facilities, review the existing design, develop the final agreed design and deliver the project through all relevant stages to full completion. Tenders are invited from Design Teams to provide full design development and project delivery services from RIBA Stage 1 to Stage 7, led by an RIAS Architect, involving but not limited to, Cost Consultants, Structural Engineers, Construction Design Management health and safety consultants, and a Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineers. We expect to use the standard appointment documents relevant to each profession. Additional specialist services are required to provide expert input on noise insulation, heat loss, sustainable services options, and building maintenance and running costs. The Design Team must have prior experience of similar publically funded projects run by community-based, volunteer-led charities."
