Hanover (Scotland) wishes to replace its current Alarm Receiving Centre system with a solution which will provide greater functionality, flexibility, increased efficiency and effectiveness and increased interoperability. The replacement system will, in line with current practice, be required to feed data accurately and seamlessly throughout several locations.
