Notice Description

The contract will cover the inspection auditing and cleaning of water services to various local authority owned or managed sites including any distribution around the site outwith buildings. The contract will also cover the inspection, testing and maintenance of thermostatic mixing valves at a variety of sites owned or managed by the local authority.

Lot Information

Lot 1

Provision of Water Safety Inspection and Testing Services to provide Risk Assessments, Audit and Cleaning alongside preventative maintenance to reduce risk where required. The Thermostatic Mixing Valves will be Inspected, Tested and Serviced to produce a report which will be used to determine the current state of the Thermostatic Valve stock. Where required, replacements will be fitted and, where not required by vulnerable users, the valves will be removed if found to be non-functioning.
