Notice Description

Partick Housing Association wishes to contract with a single main contractor who will undertake a 3 star annual servicing and reactive maintenance to gas services installations to various addresses in Partick Glasgow.

Lot Information

Lot 1

3 star (all inclusive) annual servicing and reactive maintenance to gas services installations contract for a period of three years. The successful contractor must be able to provide suitably qualified directly employed gas engineers to carry out the full scope of the contract and provide an in house call center facility. The full requirements of the contract are set out in the draft tender documents attached to this Site Notice.

Renewal: May take up option to extend the contract for any further variable periods up to a maximum of two years.
