The objective of this project is to improve the internal environmental conditions within the shower areas of Ingliston Hall and SRU at HMP Edinburgh, through the introduction of new extract systems.

The objective of this project is to improve the internal environmental conditions within the shower areas of Ingliston Hall and SRU at HMP Edinburgh, through the introduction of new extract systems dedicated to serving these areas, which are currently served through a common systems also serving the cell extraction provisions. Within Ingliston Hall two systems shall be provided, with one serving each wing. The SRU shall be served by a single new system serving non-cell ablution areas. The Contractor shall provide the two new systems in Ingliston Hall, complete with new duty and standby fans, complete with auto-changeover controls, all necessary attenuation and associated ductwork. The new systems shall be connected to the existing site BEMS. In the SRU a new fan set shall be provided connected to the existing ductwork system.
