Consultancy support has previously been utilised to help ensure PPC compliance for the QEUH site since December 2013, including development of the PPC Permit application documents on behalf of NHS GG&C, providing support with the development of a management system to meet the needs of the permit, developing procedures, annual reports and compliance plans. A PPC permit application for the GRI is currently being submitted. Once granted, it is anticipated that the GRI will have similar permit requirements to the QEUH. Therefore the same level of support will be required at the initial permit award phase as the QEUH."
