Notice Description
This Framework Agreement is for the supply of Licensed and Unlicensed Compounded Parenteral Nutrition and selected medical devices to NHS Scotland. The Goods have been split into six (6) categories, each of which is identified as a "Lot". Full details of each Lot is contained in section II.2 of this notice.
Lot Information
Electrolyte Free 3 Chambered Bags
Supply of a range of Electrolyte Free 3 Chambered Bag to NHS Scotland. The Authority intended to award an unranked multi supplier framework agreement for the Lot to an envisaged three (3) Suppliers.
Renewal: Option to extend by two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
2 Chambered Parenteral Nutrition BagsSupply of four (4) separate ranges of 2 Chambered Bag to NHS Scotland. The Authority intended to award this Lot on a range by range basis as an unranked multi supplier framework to an envisaged three (3) Suppliers.
Renewal: Option to extend by two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
3 Chambered Bags containing Fish Oil and ElectrolytesSupply of three (3) separate ranges of 3 Chambered Bag with Fish Oil and Electrolytes to NHS Scotland. The Authority intended to award this Lot on a range by range basis as an unranked multi supplier framework to an envisaged three (3) Suppliers.
Renewal: Option to extend by two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
Lipids, Amino Acids, Trace elements, Vitamins and Disposables used in the provision of Parenteral NutritionSupply a of range of Lipids, Amino Acids, Trace elements, Vitamins and Disposables used in the provision of Parenteral Nutrition to NHS Scotland. The Authority intended to award on a line by line basis as an unranked multi supplier framework to an envisaged three (3) Suppliers.
Renewal: Option to extend by two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
Unlicensed Compounded 3 Chambered BagsSupply of three (3) ranges of Unlicensed Compounded 3 Chambered Bag to NHS Scotland. The Authority intended to award a ranked multi supplier framework to an envisaged three (3) Suppliers.
