RoS are embarking on a business transformation programme of which a significant part is digital transformation and the creation of new digital service and products. Many of the service are customer facing and whilst we have professional developers, testers, UX and UI resource our current front-end engineering practices vary according to the nature of product / service and audience, and due to the choices of the team involved. We have two clear objectives: 1. RoS would like to improve in-house expertise and ownership of front-end engineering practices. 2. RoS would like to provide a set of common tools, systems, practices, code libraries and design resources to help delivery teams move faster and deliver consistent, usable, accessible and high quality experiences. RoS are seeking reasonably detailed and costed proposals on how a supplier would support RoS in achieving the above objectives.
