RoS would like to provide a set of common tools, systems, practices, code libraries and design resources to help delivery teams move faster and deliver consistent, usable, accessible and high quality experiences. RoS are seeking reasonably detailed and costed proposals on how a supplier would support RoS in achieving the above objectives.
