Removal of the existing boiler plant and water services plant together with associated ancillaries at the above site, retaining existing mains supplies and distribution circuits. Replacement of the boiler plant & water services systems within the boiler plantroom new high efficiency plant, connecting to existing distribution. All works necessary to form complete new replacement boiler/water services plant installations including ancillaries, flues/chimneys, controls, builders works, louvres, etc. Provision of first year maintenance, including of a full servicing and testing/commissioning verification at the end of the 1st year of operation. New LED lighting to the Boiler Room Repainting the Boiler Room floor

    "description": "This project will be project managed by Albert Wodar from Horizon M&E Design on (01592) 568 764 and where all technical questions should be directed in the first instance. The local site contacts will be John O'Rourke. John O'Rourke is on 0141 201 4470 and he will organise a site meeting. The date and time of the site meeting will be posted on PCS when known. It is important that the separate quality aspects of this tender are completed as this is the weighting scorecard. Failure to complete this part of the tender will result in an incomplete tender. The contingency sums will be retained by NHSGG&C and only released after agreement of 'additional works' within the project and will be reviewed at tender stage and probably reduced so it is important that you are confident with the overall costs submitted.
