Removal of the existing boiler plant and water services plant together with associated ancillaries at the above site, retaining existing mains supplies and distribution circuits. Replacement of the boiler plant & water services systems within the boiler plantroom new high efficiency plant, connecting to existing distribution. All works necessary to form complete new replacement boiler/water services plant installations including ancillaries, flues/chimneys, controls, builders works, louvres, etc. Provision of first year maintenance, including of a full servicing and testing/commissioning verification at the end of the 1st year of operation. New LED lighting to the Boiler Room Repainting the Boiler Room floor
