HHP require suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a Design and Build (D&B) Services for the delivery of 8nr timber framed dwellings comprising 2 x 1 Bed 2 Persons, 4 x 2 Bed Persons, 1 x 3 Bed 5 Persons and 1 x 4 Bed 7 Person units utilising HHP's standard house types, with associated infrastructure, access roads, external works and landscaping.

HHP require suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide Design and Build (D&B) services for the delivery of 8 nr. timber framed dwellings comprising 2 x 1 Bed 2 Person, 4 x 2 Bed 4 Person, 1 x 3 Bed 5 Person and 1 x 4 Bed 7 Person units utilising HHP's standard house types, with associated infrastructure, access roads, external works and landscaping. Standard house type superstructure drawings are provided as part of the tendering package. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to design appropriate substructures to suit each house type, and to design the site layout. A diagrammatic model of the preferred site layout is provided. The Contractor is strongly recommended to visit the site to ascertain local site conditions, influences and management/delivery issues. No claims for lack of such knowledge will be considered.
