Notice Description
Clackmannanshire Council are seeking to award a contract for Professional Consultancy Services for refurbishment and New Build Projects over 2017-18.The scope of works within the contract will include but not exclusive the following -* Tender Development and Appraisal* General construction consultancy* Design Drawings , Specification for refurbishment projects* Structural Engineering Assessments* Quantity Surveying and Tender appraisal* Feasibility studies for potential new build projects* Feasibility for Regeneration Projects* M & E Assessments , Specifications and Appraisal for both domestic and council corporate assets* Valuation Surveys both domestic and non-domestic* Architectural advice* BIM* Principal Designer Services* Project Management* Demolition Tender PreparationSuccessful contract will be expected to work with Clackmannanshire Council, development contractors appointed by Clackmannanshire Council. The actual work itself must be carried out in financial year 2017-18
