This Particular specification concerns the proposed replacement of boiler plant at the Auchinlea Resource Centre, Glasgow. The proposed works consists of : ? Removal of the existing boiler plant and water services plant together with associated ancillaries at the above site, retaining existing mains supplies and distribution circuits. ? Replacement of the boiler plant & water services systems within the boiler plantroom new high efficiency plant, connecting to existing distribution. ? All works necessary to form complete new replacement boiler/water services plant installations including ancillaries, flues/chimneys, controls,builders works, louvres, etc. ? Provision of first year maintenance, including of a full servicing and testing/commissioning verification at the end of the 1st year of operation. ? New LED lighting to the Boiler Room ? Repainting the Boiler Room floor
