The objectives for this project are as follows:* To identify a vision for the future Perth city centre offer that will meet the needs of all future businesses and customers in relation to proposed planning and investment frameworks and predicted development timescales and economic outcomes.* To identify what the future offer will be; including the retail, catering and leisure components, to include retail, food and drink, leisure services markets and events and potential operators.* To identify the scale and type of locations suitable for future target operators that will enable the vision to be delivered; and any other physical factors that might be needed.* To provide inputs to the required evidence base that will assist in future decision making.
