Demolition/Removal of all fixtures and fittings made redundant by the Works, including distribution equipment, lighting columns, post top luminaires, floodlights etc. - All associated builders work / civils associated with the installation including cable draw pits, underground cable ducts, Cable containment to linkspan outer dolphin, lighting column foundation works, enabling works and making good. - Inspection, testing and labelling (to BS 7671:2008+A3:2015) - Contract documentation & drawings - Demobilisation of Contractor's working areas.",
