Notice Description
The project will comprise the hand and machine demolition of the 2 storey building; grubbing out of all foundations and drainage to Engineer's specified limits; separation and removal of material arising off-site to a suitably licenced waste facility; removal of mature trees, shrubs, and roots. The site must be left flat and clear of all demolition material and ready for the building of future structures. The site must remain secured by way of a 2.15 m high chain link fence, incorporating a 4m wide double leaf lockable gate, until the new build commences.
