One of these is the iconic Gateway Site close to junction 6 of the M9, home to the iconic Kelpies and Helix Park plus the Falkirk Community Football Stadium. The Council wishes to establish a framework of developers such that when opportunities arise projects can be quickly progressed. Developers may be required to fund the projects.

Lot Information

Projects With a Value Between GBP5M & GBP20M

The Council wishes to establish a framework of developers such that when opportunities arise in relation to its development sites projects can be quickly progressed. The framework is split into lots based on the size of the projects which may come forward. This lot is for projects with a value between GBP5,000,000 and GBP20,000,000.. It is envisaged the number of candidates per Lot is 3.

Projects With a Value Between GBP20M & GBP50M

The Council wishes to establish a framework of developers such that when opportunities arise in relation to its development sites projects can be quickly progressed.
