The University is seeking a Contractor for the: - Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance support of a Maskless Direct Laser Writer Lithography system as part of a Two-Dimensional Photonics Fabrication Facility; and - Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance support of a Thin Film Metrology Tool.

Thin Film Metrology Tool

The University has a requirement for a thin film metrology tool - i.e. a spectroscopic imaging nulling ellipsometer - to identify and characterize two-dimensional (atomically thin) materials and other thin films.

Renewal: Tenderers are asked to provide pricing for warranty extensions, for up to two extra years (or three total years from initial installation.
