Lot 1

To appoint a suitable investment funds manager to assist the University maintain and grow the real value of all permanent endowments, invest in income generating assets to support an annual expenditure plan, and manage these investments within a balanced, multi-asset portfolio with an appropriate degree of risk.

Renewal: Subject to satisfactory annual review, this agreement may be extended annually up to a maximum contract term of seven years (3+1+1+1+1).
