SPS is looking to procure a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), for its staff, which can be adapted to meet the needs of the Organisation. The VLE is required to have the functionality of allowing End Users to access all forms of training including, face to face, on-line and e-learning. The End User should be able to track their own learning whilst allowing their managers to monitor progress. The administration functions should be robust and allow for the easy creation of custom reports.
