Notice Description

The Scottish Government requires a contractor to undertake and provide a valuation service to set notional rental values which are set under the principal General Dental Services Premises Rent Reimbursement Scheme (RRS). Under this scheme eligible General Dental Practitioners (GDPs) or Dental Bodies Corporate (DBsC) receive reimbursement of practice rental costs similar to that operated under the Doctors' Rent and Rates Reimbursement Scheme and the general principles are well known to staff within NHS Boards. There are just over 900 dental practices in Scotland, which are included in the scheme.Essentially what is required under the RRS is a notional current market rent for both owner occupied and tenanted premises.
